We will endeavour to ensure the reliability of NationsKits.com to ensure all goods are available as displayed.

In the unlikely event that there is an error in the availability or price of an item, NationKits.com reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. We will notify you immediately if there is any problem with your order.

Payment

All transactions on NationsKits.com are taken using Paypal or Woocommerce Payment Portal (offsite). All transactions are completed on a secure server.

Contract

On placing an order with NationsKits.com we will send you an email acknowledgement confirming we have received your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. At the point of dispatch we will send an invoice as confirmation of your order and as confirmation of the order being processed.

In the unlikely event that goods are no longer available or there has been a pricing mistake you will be notified immediately. In this situation you will not receive an invoice and there will be no contract between us. 

Limitation of Liability

The Seller shall only be liable to you for the purchase price of the goods and any proven losses that you suffer as a result of the Seller ‘s failure to comply (whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise) which are a foreseeable consequence of such failure.

  1. The Seller will not be liable for the following types of loss:

  2. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude or limit the Seller ‘s liability for:
    1. death or personal injury caused by the Seller’s negligence;
    2. fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
    3. any breach of the obligations implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979;
    4. defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or
    5. any other matter for which it would be illegal for the Seller to exclude or attempt to exclude its liability.
  3. Whilst the Seller adopts industry standard protections against computer viruses, it is not able to warrant that this website is free from computer viruses or any other malicious or impairing computer program.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified the intellectual property rights in the contents of all the pages in this website, are owned or licensed to the Seller (or a member of its group of companies), or are used with permission from the owner. The contents of this website may not be copied, reproduced, modified, downloaded or used in any form without our prior written permission

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising in relation to, out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
